Sorry it's been a while since I last posted. I've been currently rather occupied with having my family to stay! It's been really good having my Mum, Dad and brother over but rather busy, so much so I haven't blogged for well over a week.
We were all up here last week but now they're in Kyoto. I'll see them again next week when we'll meet up in Ichikawa, where I was based during my gap year, and I'll see them off from Narita airport (near Tokyo) which isn't all that far from there. It's been good to show them where I live now & should be good for them to see where I was before and for me to go back.
Then I have a JET conference in Tokyo for a few days next week. I'm hoping to go across to Teikyo uni afterwards to catch up with my old Durham friends!
