Hoorah, I've just managed to get Japanese on my laptop! (Am probably the last ALT to do this. I thought it was much harder than it actually is. If you have any trouble reading Japanese script & are using windows, click on View, Encoding, and then choose one of the japanese options. If that doesn't work, look here and just do the first few steps.)

These are the songs we sang in Church last week (see above). For the first time EVER I could understand what i was singing (well, the kanji i could read), and all the songs were exactly what I needed to be reminded of. I've had a turbulent week or so but things are on the up. (so much to do/ think about/ plan before comign home!)

Last week -
Me: [Give sheet of paper to my supervisor, who looks at it.]
Him: New [teaching] plan?
Me: No, it's details of my flight home.
Him: あっそう。。。 teaching plan は?
Me: No teaching plan.
