gerogero

well i can't believe it's been so long since i last posted- sorry readers!
I've been busy entertaining family and starting to get ready to sell all my stuff.

That's right- I have to sell everything in my apartment, as they are fading out the JET programme among Senior High Schools in Miyagi from this year, so I won't have a successor as such.

It hit me today, that I'll be out of here in 2 and a half months - that's not very long!! I haven't got a job sorted for when I'm back or anything useful like that yet- hmm....

I'm currently listening to the accompaniment of my little green neighbours going rebbit rebbit, croak, croak (gerogero in Japanese). That's right, the rice paddies up here are now flooded; frogs have hopped into them & new rice is being planted. Day and night the frogs croak away, and hop past you on an evening walk.

Will post more soon, but leave it there for now.

I dreamt about you last night! You were selling everything and offering to post the heated table to me!! Do you have to sell everything? Wasn't some of the stuff already in the apartment when you arrived?

in response to your comment!:
It is indeed Caro's old school! It's great :D
Speech and Language is another ball game, though I'm hoping to enroll on a BSL course next year. I realised I wasn't going to become an intepreter in the near future so came up with an alternative plan. Work experience from your mum may well be useful - remind me what exactly she does again??
